Nightlark bietet 'Ceilidh-Tanz' mit irischer und schottischer Musik an. Beim 'Ceilidh' kommen Menschen zusammen um einer Ceilidh Band zuzuhören und vor allem zur Musik zu tanzen. Es ist ein sozialer Gruppentanz, der sich aus einzelnen Figuren zusammensetzt, die der "Caller", der Tanzlehrer, vor dem Tanz genau erklärt.
